The new Click & Go air distribution system for central mechanical ventilation systems is exceptionally easy and safe to install. All components adhere to a standardized, flow-optimized design concept.

Visual inspection of connection reliability

The profiles are supplied with pre-installed gaskets, eliminating the labor-intensive installation process. Stainless spring steel fastening clips on the profiles ensure a secure fit for the ventilation duct. Small parts, such as gaskets and fasteners, are no longer lost or forgotten. Furthermore, AHI-Carrier’s innovative solution saves significant time for its sales partners.

All profiles have an inspection window. Because the gasket stands out clearly against the profile and ductwork due to its color, a faulty connection can be easily detected. A secure connection can be judged when the gasket is completely hidden within the profile and is no longer visible.

Round and flat air ducts

Both round and flat air ducts are highly flexible. Compared to traditional systems, they can be easily bent to tight radii. The smooth, antibacterial blue inner wall not only meets the most stringent hygiene requirements but also serves as a distinctive feature.

The symmetrical flat duct, measuring 140 x 50 millimeters, transports more air thanks to its flow-optimized free cross-section. It is suitable for installation in floors, walls, or suspended ceilings, for both new construction and retrofit projects. The round duct is also suitable for installation in concrete.

Markings on the air ducts allow for quick identification of the required length. This ensures compatibility between round and flat air ducts and all air distribution network components. AHI-Carrier thus offers a wide range of application options and a high degree of flexibility in new construction and retrofit projects.
