Product registration ensures that you always receive the most up-to-date and up-to-date service and support for the product you have purchased. You will also receive a system certificate, which will include your system details and proof of warranty. In the event of a service need, you will have everything at hand, which will make the work of the heating contractor much easier. Another advantage of Viessmann product registration is the extended warranty. Thanks to it, you can get a warranty of up to 10 years on some components of your heating system.

Benefits of Product Registration at a Glance

How is product registration carried out?

As mentioned above, there are two ways to register a newly purchased Viessmann product. You can register it yourself online or by mail, or ask your heating contractor to do it on your behalf. The benefits of product registration can be enjoyed by you, the system owner, and your heating contractor.

Viessmann Product Registration Online

To register your product, you will need the 13-16 digit serial number of your heating system and, if necessary, its associated components. It can be found, for example, on the nameplate of the heating system. It can also be indicated on the invoice. When in doubt, simply ask your contractor for the serial number. In some cases, it is possible that your contractor has already registered you or connected the system via the Internet. In this case, you will not need to enter the data a second time.

After successful registration, your warranty will be automatically renewed. You will receive confirmation in the form of a system certificate, which you will receive by email after completing the registration. In this way, all your system details and warranty extension will be in one document. This can be a huge relief, especially if service work is required.

Registration of products by your heating contractor

Your heating contractor also has the option to register your heating system. They can do this via the Viessmann spare parts app. The app can be accessed via:

After entering the invoice, waybill or serial number, your heating contractor must select the components installed in your system and then add the location of the system, after which it will be fully registered. If the product is registered in this way, the warranty period begins on the day of commissioning, but no later than three months after delivery.

Upon successful registration, your heating contractor will receive a system certificate. As the owner of the system, you will receive an email confirming your registration. From now on, the warranty of your heating system is extended and you can print and save your personal system certificate.

Important: If the system is already registered, the addition of additional components and obtaining a certificate can only be carried out by the system owner.

Register your Viessmann product by post

To register by mail, you also need the 13-16 digit serial number of your heating system and its associated components. If this/this is available, please download the appropriate registration form. Now you can fill in all the required fields and send the form with a sufficient amount of postage to:
