During a follow-up meeting with the client on site, you simply make the necessary changes. With a building energy efficiency check, you calculate the potential energy and cost savings that a new heating system can bring, giving you the optimal basis for consulting a particular customer.

Installation & Maintenance

Successful customer service is characterized by quick availability at any time. Viessmann ViGuide not only makes it easier for you as an installer to expand your services in this regard, but also saves valuable time. If the heating system is equipped with a gateway and the customer uses the ViCare app, you can remotely monitor all installations using a centralized control tool and, in some cases, fix potential problems before they become apparent. With the spare parts app, you can easily register installed products online. Your customers have the option of extending the warranty, which starts at the same time as commissioning.

Viessmann is running a recruitment campaign to support our V+ partners in the HVAC sector in finding the right trainees. We use social media to promote this profession with the future and connect installers and young people through the teamzukunft.de trainee portal.

Viessmann Partner Information Centre

As Viessmann partners, installers have access to our PartnerPortal. There is an exchange of information about innovations and new developments, and all services and applications are provided in batch form with just one login. Here you can also track the status of orders and call up information about customers' online systems as part of the monitoring function.
