Compact, floor-standing heat pumps that take up little space and run particularly quietly, making them suitable even for installation near living spaces.
Thanks to the advanced inverter technology in brine/water heat pumps, the latest generation of compact Vitocal 333-G appliances is the most efficient solution for new construction.
The performance-controlled refrigerant circuit matches the heat output of the heat pump to the building’s current heat demand. This reduces the number of start/stop cycles in the partial load range and improves annual efficiency. The Vitocal 333-G is available in two power options with a modulation range of 1.7 to 8.6 kW and 2.4 to 11.4 kW, ensuring optimal coverage in new construction.
In addition to the output control, the RCD (Refrigerant Cycle Diagnostics) system provides extremely fast and accurate monitoring of the refrigerant circuit using an electronic expansion valve. Energy-efficient, high-efficiency brine and heating pumps reduce energy consumption and costs.
The newly developed 220-liter DHW cylinder in the Vitocal 333-G achieves a maximum discharge volume of more than 300 liters (40 °C discharge temperature) with efficiency class A+ (XL profile) and maintains a maximum DHW temperature of 60 °C without electric heating. As an option, a solar heat exchanger kit can be used to connect a solar thermal system to heat the DHW. The heat pump in combination with the Vitovent ventilation unit provides a particularly high level of comfort and ease of use. For convenient control of both devices, you can use the built-in control unit or the optional remote control. On hot summer days, a heat pump can also cool rooms. This built-in cooling function requires an additional free cooling unit.
For ease of movement and installation of the Vitocal 333-G, the new refrigerant circuit module can be simply removed from the heat pump and, if necessary, transported separately thanks to the plug-in hydraulic and electrical connectors. Thanks to the flexible connection concept, the heat pump can also be quickly adapted to the installation conditions on site.
A small footprint (less than 0.5m2) and front access to all components requiring maintenance ensure space-saving installation. Thanks to its ultra-quiet operation with a noise level of 41 dB(A) (sound power level up to ErP at B0/W55), this compact unit can be installed close to living spaces, such as utility rooms.
The AHI-Carrier Vitocal 333-G is Heat Pump KEYMARK certified.
