The Vitovent 200-P ventilation system combines indoor air purification with outdoor air supply. The result: good air quality and aerosol minimization.
There is a high risk of infection from aerosols we inhale and exhale. Therefore, appropriate measures are necessary in enclosed spaces to ensure the best possible protection for those present.
Coronavirus and influenza are spread primarily through tiny aerosols in our breath. This health risk increases significantly in rooms with closed windows and doors. Simply ventilating the room is not enough to combat this risk. Therefore, the Vitovent 200-P ventilation system combines two measures: indoor air purification and the introduction of fresh outdoor air. This significantly reduces the risk of infection:
Thanks to its plug-and-play design and connection to a standard 230V power outlet, the Vitovent 200-P can be installed in just a few hours. This makes it an ideal addition to an existing system and eliminates the need for costly ductwork for air distribution.
Smart sensors continuously monitor CO2 concentrations in the room. The system adjusts air volume as needed, depending on CO2 levels , eliminating the need for timed programs or other controls.
Thanks to the integrated heat recovery and humidity control system, very little heat energy is lost compared to window ventilation. Furthermore, the system maintains a pleasant indoor climate during the winter months thanks to balanced humidity levels.
Following extensive testing by TÜÜV Rheinland, the Vitovent 200-P was found to comply with the design requirements of VDI 6022-1 (1) and the hygiene requirements of VDI 6022-1 for ventilation and air conditioning systems.
