The Vitocal 350-G Pro is particularly suitable for retrofitting heating systems with high flow temperatures.

Vitocal 350 G Pro - provides a flow temperature of up to 73 °C

Thanks to its frame design, the powerful and efficient Vitocal 350-G Pro salt-water heat pump is easier to carry and install. The sound-insulated enclosure (available separately) provides a snug fit and reduces the transport weight by approximately 200 kg.

With a high flow temperature of up to 73 °C, the Vitocal 350-G Pro series meets the requirements of hygienic DHW heating. A special temperature retention system ensures that the inlet temperature is hot at all times, even during the loading cycle.

Depending on the capacity, two or three compressors are integrated into the refrigerant circuit via a compound connection. This guarantees a high level of efficiency even when working with partial load. The highest reliability is achieved thanks to the use of electronic injection valves that close themselves at zero voltage, which ensures maximum safety, for example, in the event of a power outage. In addition, the leak-proof design with fewer threaded connections and the absence of safety valves in the refrigerant circuit guarantee a tight seal and a long service life.

For optimal system and refrigerant circuit control, the Vitocal 350-G Pro is equipped with a Vitotronic PLC-based control unit. The large graphic touchscreen provides intuitive operation. Its full-color mode highlights the different ways in which functions and operation are displayed.

The control unit recognizes a variety of data transmission options. From a simple analog modem to a LAN-based system: Modbus and BACnet technology (both optional) can be used to provide access to the system via the Internet for remote maintenance and communication.

As with all heat pumps, compressors generate noise in the range of 50-60 Hertz. Thanks to the very high-quality design of the device frame and sound insulation, it was possible to compensate for any noise inside the case. Vibrations on the base support are barely perceptible, as the 3D anti-vibration design is specially designed to dissipate vibrations. A sound power level of 65 dB(A) for a 197 kW heat pump is very good for this market segment.

The electrical equipment is already fully integrated into the heat pump. Contactors for circulation pumps are already installed and easily accessible. In addition, the heat pump offers a wide range of control extensions that are integrated directly at the factory.
