The CIB type gas condensing boiler is a particularly cost-effective solution for both residential and commercial enterprises. It can already run on natural gas containing 20 percent hydrogen. This means that the Vitocrossal 200 is ideally prepared for future heating applications.

The Vitocrossal 200 (type CIB) is a compact gas condensing unit for universal use with a capacity of 80 to 318 kW; it is also available as a two-boiler system in a single housing with a capacity of up to 636 kW. The excellent price/performance ratio makes this unit a particularly cost-effective solution for both residential and commercial applications.
It is equipped with advanced Inox-Crossal heat exchangers with a robust MatriX cylindrical burner. A modulation range of up to 1:5 combined with a high water content ensures long burner operation and low energy consumption.
The Vitocrossal 200’s width without the housing is only 680 millimeters, making it ideal for modernization projects. This is especially true when replacing older systems, as maneuvering space is often limited.
The heat generator can be ordered either fully assembled or with individual components shipped separately. As a complete unit, it is pre-wired, installed, and tested at the factory. This significantly reduces the time and effort required for on-site installation prior to commissioning. Since the boiler is equipped with casters and the tray is equipped with a ramp, no lifting tools are required for ground maneuvering.
A gas condenser is designed for a higher hydrogen content in the fuel gas. The Vitocrossal 200 type CIB can already run on natural gas with a 20 percent hydrogen content. A simple and effective way to implement life-saving decarbonization measures to help combat climate change.
The technology that allows the use of mixtures of natural gas and hydrogen for heating buildings is already available and is available on the market in many thousands of cases. Choosing this advanced condensing boiler is a great way to prepare for the future.
Lambda Pro Control’s integrated combustion controller automatically matches the burner to the type of natural gas (E, LL) and ensures consistently high and efficient combustion quality with low emissions. Vitocrossal 200 is suitable for working with an open chimney or in a sealed room.
The heat exchangers have been designed to combine minimal dimensions with light weight. The stainless steel heat exchanger provides the ideal conditions for the use of condensing technology. The smooth stainless steel heating surface allows the condensate formed during the condensation process to simply flow down. The result is a permanent self-cleaning effect that ensures consistently high efficiency, increases service life and reduces maintenance requirements.
With a power range of 80 to 318 kW, the gas condensing unit is suitable for a variety of applications. These include apartment buildings, large residential buildings, public and commercial premises, both as part of a modernization project and in new construction. If a power of more than 319 kW is required, then one fixture can be quickly combined with another to form a cascade. Alternatively, the Vitocrossal CIB is also available as a twin boiler consisting of two appliances in one housing.
The integrated Vitotronic control unit ensures fast commissioning and easy operation. As with other AHI-Carrier boilers, (optional) Vitocom allows you to conveniently control the boiler via the Internet via an app.
