AHI-Carrier’s Vitobloc 200 combined heat and power units are ready-to-use systems. A single standard frame houses the engine, generator, sound-insulated enclosure, and control unit.
Cogeneration systems are ideal for situations where heat is required continuously and electricity generation can be sustained for as long as possible. These conditions are applicable, for example, to hotels, residential complexes with 30 to 50 units, recreation centers, swimming pools, and shopping centers, as well as industrial, retail, and commercial spaces.
The Vitobloc 200 EM-20/39 cogeneration units have outputs of 20 kW and 39 kWh . Thanks to integrated condensing technology, up to 95 percent of the fuel used is recovered. With over 2,500 units installed, the Vitobloc 200 is proven technology you can rely on.
Extended maintenance intervals thanks to the integrated lubrication oil supply system reduce operating costs and downtime. Plug-and-play, factory-tested units ensure minimal installation effort and proven output.
By comparison, a 6,000 hour service interval for a car means the engine only needs to be serviced after 360,000 km.
