Vitobloc 200 type EM-430/580 SCR version

The new Vitobloc 200 EM-430/580 combined heat and power (CHP) unit in the SCR version already meets the requirements of the 4th German Emissions Regulation (BImSchV): thanks to the integrated SCR catalytic converter, it achieves particularly low nitrogen oxide emissions. The cogeneration unit boasts a consistently high electrical efficiency of 39.6 percent. This ensures continuous, efficient operation throughout the unit’s entire life cycle.

A powerful addition to the range

With the Vitobloc 200 EM-430/580 SCR version, AHI-Carrier has expanded its combined heat and power (CHP) product portfolio for local authorities, retailers, and industry to a comprehensive lineup suitable for a wide range of applications. Thanks to its modular design, this CHP unit can be configured to meet specific user needs.

With a capacity of 435 kWel / 281 + 32 kWh , the Vitobloc 200 EM-430/580 SCR version is designed specifically for public institutions, energy suppliers, contractors, trade, and industry. Versions with return temperatures from 60 to 80°C are also available, enabling integration into systems with absorption refrigeration units and thermal oil systems. Combination with waste heat boilers further expands the range of applications.

Long service intervals

The robust design of the cogeneration unit guarantees high operational reliability, extended maintenance intervals, and a long service life. The internal combustion engine provides up to 1,000 hours of operation before requiring service. AHI-Carrier’s comprehensive service guarantees maximum operational availability of the cogeneration unit, ensuring it operates efficiently throughout its entire service life.
