The high-performance Vitosol 200-FM flat-plate collectors are the ideal complement to any heating system. With an individual absorber area of 2.3 m², these solar collectors can be effectively matched to any energy demand.
On average, they can replace up to 60 percent of the energy otherwise required annually for hot water heating and contribute to backup central heating. When used in conjunction with a condensing boiler, free solar energy can help you reduce your annual heating and hot water consumption by more than a third.

An intelligent absorbent layer protects the manifolds from overheating. AHI-Carrier’s patented ThermProtect technology prevents further energy absorption after a certain temperature has been reached, when the solar cylinder is fully heated.
ThermProtect also results in a higher performance of Vitosol 200-FM compared to conventional flat plate manifolds, as a wider choice of sizes is possible.
The aluminum frame folded around the perimeter and seamless fastening of the panels ensure constant tightness and high stability of the solar collector. The back panel is puncture and corrosion resistant. Highly efficient thermal insulation reduces heat loss, especially in spring, autumn and winter.
ntegrated supply and return pipes allow even large collector arrays to be safely installed using flexible corrugated stainless steel connectors. Up to twelve solar collectors can be easily connected together.
Flat plate collectors can be used universally for installation above the roof, integration into the roof and installation on collector supports, e.g. on flat roofs. The easy-to-install AHI-Carrier fastening system consists of load-tested and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminium components.
Vitosol 200-FM is the right choice if the solar collector is to have a custom RAL color frame. As standard, it has a dark blue color and can be combined with almost any roof. The Vitosol 200-FM variants, SV2G type (vertical) or SH2G type (horizontal), can be selected for seamless roof integration as they are virtually flush with the roof cladding when installed.
