Strict production and control processes

Automated production processes, the elimination of welding in cramped spaces, and special weld seam preparation are just a few examples of how we strive for the perfect product. Rigorous quality checks throughout the entire production process ensure that every boiler meets our high quality standards. In accordance with national regulations, weld seams are inspected using ultrasonic and X-ray methods, eliminating even the smallest defects. Viessmann’s high level of environmental awareness and ongoing digitalization also play a role here. The use of digital X-rays eliminates the need for chemicals previously used for developing X-ray film. Customers can access the images online if needed.

High efficiency

To increase efficiency, Viessmann industrial/commercial boilers can be equipped with integrated or external heat exchangers. These recover waste heat, which can be used, for example, to preheat fresh water or combustion air. Heating equipment, from mixture coolers and TDS expanders to steam coolers, converts waste heat into useful energy for the system. This reduces fuel costs and protects the environment.

Intelligent control units help each system operate reliably and efficiently through networking and system management. Analysis and evaluation of measured values ​​and consumption indicators provide maximum confidence in optimal and efficient operation.

Low NOx burner for particularly low emissions

Vitomax HS high-pressure steam boilers meet all clean combustion requirements. When operating on gas, NOx emissions are less than 70 mg/Nm³, and when operating on oil, less than 150 mg/Nm³. Efficient boiler and burner combinations from various brands can be further optimized using O₂ and speed controls.

Even burning up to 100% hydrogen is no problem for our Vitomax HS – this means that other greenhouse gases such as CO₂ can be reduced.
